Trio of properties make elite cutFriday May 16 12:01 PM

Two Australian resorts and a New Zealand property have been included in a list of the world's top 30 new hotels.

The Qualia Spa Resort on Hamilton Island, the Southern Ocean Lodge on Kangaroo Island, and The Farm at Cape Kidnappers in New Zealand were among those to make Travel + Leisure magazine's 2008 It List.

It's exciting to see a trio of Australasian properties on the list, T+L Australia's Editor Anthony Dennis said.

Properties on the list were spread across six continents and include stylish beach resorts, newly revamped city hideaways and eco-friendly retreats. - Travelpress travel news
